Rui Nandana Zou

Originating from mainland China, Rui has spent nearly two decades residing abroad. Her profound journey with Yoga began in 2005 in Hong Kong. By 2012, while residing in Koh Samui, Thailand, Rui fully immersed herself into the world of Yoga, dedicating both her time and soul to this ancient practice. Since then, her teachings have spanned across Southeast Asia and Europe, enriching lives through private sessions, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, and empowering women's circles.

Being a mother to three, Rui's connection to Yoga deepened, especially in working with women, children, and couples. Drawing from her expertise in Traditional Holistic Tantra Hatha Yoga, she resonates deeply with the challenges and beauty of domestic life.

Rui's compassion extends beyond conventional settings. She has worked with resilient women in Thai prisons, business professionals navigating their personal battles, and students of all ages. For Rui, Yoga serves as a bridge, connecting people from diverse backgrounds and aiding them in recognizing the expansive nature of their inner selves.

With an unyielding passion for sharing her knowledge, Rui approaches life with boundless curiosity and a profound love for the vast philosophy of Yoga. She firmly believes that by living the principles of Yoga beyond the mat, we can find profound gratitude in the nuances of our everyday lives.

Guided by the ancient yogic wisdom, "Truth is one, Paths are many", Rui ardently strives to create a sacred space for every individual, allowing them to uncover their unique truths and blessings.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Rui offers classes, retreats, and teacher training sessions. She warmly invites you to dive deep into a personal journey with Yoga and the discovery of Self.

Qualification:

  • YTT 500-hour (2014), Devoted Bhakti Yogini, Advanced Yoga Instructor.
  • Balinese Healing Pranala; 200-hour YTT with Yogini Linda Madani Intuitive Flow Bali (2013); Initiation into Balinese healing methods with renowned healer mentors.
  • 300-hour YTT Akhanda Yoga at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram (2014) with Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishvaji).
  • Studies: Rui's relentless pursuit of self-discovery has seen her delve into various yoga methods including Hatha Raja, Classical Kundalini, Prenatal, Restorative, Postnatal, Viniyoga, Tao Yin, Taoist Six Healing Sound, Tantra Healing Love, Thai Massage, Reiki, Quantum Life Coaching, the Art of Death at Agama Yoga School, Spiritual Birth Doula course with educator Robin Lim, Ether Perel Relationship work, and leading transformational experiences. Additionally, she specializes in Yoga Lifestyle Coaching sessions and provides one-on-one sessions based on human design and gene key readings.
